The key responsibilities will be:
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electrical and mechanical equipment. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts
• Plan, coordinate and schedule maintenance activities
• Supervise and oversee activities by contractor to ensure tasks are performed to requirement and in compliance with contractor safety program
• Maintain maintenance work and equipment records and histories
• Manage spare parts and materials storerooms and inventories
• Conduct regular periodic safety inspections of buildings, grounds, production equipment, utilities equipment and services, and fire protection equipment
Processes are routine and non-routine, and requiring multi-disciplinary technical experience and knowledge.
Requirements :
• Technical – Have knowledge and experience in electrical-pneumatic control system; have effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; have experience in motor drive system, pumps and plant facilities equipment; have license to drive forklift
• Behavioral – Able to work with minimal direction supervision, have effective communication skills, able to work with other functions and outside services
• Computer – Able to read and update documents using Microsoft Office; able to use electronic mail
• Education – NITEC or higher technical qualification
• Experience (specify years and kinds of experience) – over 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
