HR Manager_ Contract


Job Description

Position Overview:
HR Manager is responsible for overall management of human resources, developing/driving Company corporate/local cultures, and leading key HR tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global / functional leaders for local organizational development

  • Budget and monitor personnel cost and HR department cost which is aligned with company¡¯s plan

  • Recruiting management

  • Talent Development / Performance Management

  • Company Culture Drive

Job Requirements:

  • University degree and above

  • HR field experience 10 years and minimum 3 years of people management experience

  • HR strategy development and ution

  • Fluent English both written and verbal

  • Good judgment, effective influencing skills, strong listening skills, good communication skill, coaching, negotiation & interpersonal communication skills, presentation skill

  • Korean Title: Chajang or Bujang

  • Starting date: ASAP

  • Salary package: To be negotiated

  • Employment type: 8 months~1 year contract
