Advise on legal and regulatory implication of new products and services

Review and approve new financial products (including advertisement) before launch

Responsible for all the procedures relating to corporate governance

Provide legal support and advice to management and other teams relating to local laws and regulations

Report compliance issues to management in a timely and accurate manner               

Establish and update corporate regulations in accordance with local laws and regulations     

Review contracts and agreements in terms of legal and compliance aspect

[Qualification & Education]

Bachelor's degree in Law * Lawyer's license a plus

More than 3 years experience in legal department

At least 5 years of working experience in Financial industry

Proficiency in English
