Technical/Professional Knowledge & Experience
- Relevant qualification essential with +10 years (Medical device/ Hearing aids industry welcomed) experience
- Lab(=Manufacturing), CS (Order entries and related all kind of management) and logistic Management
- People management training & experience
- Knowledge of business, business systems & business dynamics
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
- Ability to provide technical advice, guidance, and support to professional staff in area of specialty
- Ability to provide technical guidance, leadership, and instruction and lower level professional staff within area of expertise
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
- Knowledge of current state-of-the-art hearing aids and assistive listening technologies, and their integration into clinical practice
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- An understanding of all funding streams for hearing instruments and associated products.
- A reasonable level of competence in the use of Outlook, Microsoft Office and the compilation and analysis of information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with various layers and HQ in Swiss/Apac region
- Fluent English skills as team manager of head of team
