ASSIGNMENT – Your work and tasks
The
Safety and Security Manager store tasks include:
- Implementation
of a strong, sustainable and consistent Safety & Security standard
- Initialisation
and performing Risk assessments on Safety and Security matters
- Driving
Risk awareness within Safety & Security within Store and Country
teams
- Confidence
that the Group Risk business plan and underlying actions are implemented
- Action as a company ambassador by creating an environment of trust by encouraging open,
constructive, honest, two-way communication
- Mentoring,
coaching, educating people toward Safe and Secure conditions to maintain
- Supporting
and organizing assistance in case of serious incidents in respective
Store and Country
- Supporting
and leading the succession planning process, hereby developing people
and business and driving diversity
- Securing
cost-consciousness by working in a lean, simple way, using good examples
and encouraging colleagues to discover even more effective ways of
working
- Contribute
to identify emerging risks within Safety & Security to develop
strategies to deal with them
- Ensure
that annual business planning, budgeting, setting priorities, action
planning and follow up relative to Safety & Security are implemented

Also,
in the initial stage of the company organisation development, besides
additional, country level tasks expected is:
- Cooperation
with Global Functions to resolve Safety & Security related issues,
sharing knowledge within company
- Ensuring
the Operational Risk Management Process for Safety & Security is
implemented in the Country aligned with and supported by the Regional
Risk Manager
- Representing
the country Safety &Security and Risk Management functions at local
and global level.
PROFILE – Your skills and knowledge
The
candidate we are looking for should have:
- Ability to
communicate both in Korean and in English
- Health
Safety & Security competence
- Management
experience
- Strong
interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills
- Strong
analytical, decision-making, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability
to influence and lead directly reach company goals
- Ability
to coach and develop people, to share knowledge and learn, and
collaborate with others
