Contribute to company
growth and long term sustainable competitiveness, by:
Identify, act and
develop market opportunities and market knowledge; materialize them for company by
New Business. Identify, act and
develop business opportunities to develop existing inventions into company home
furnishing innovations. Contribute to market
intelligence in existing and new sourcing markets to increase market knowledge
and deliver it in structured way as input into ONE company business plan together
with Category Analyst. Contribute to the
wished position of being preferred business partner for new company suppliers and
development partners to create flow of new suppliers knocking on company doors.
ROLES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, act on and materialize market
opportunities based on new business assignments from category, free range as
well as development matrix. Lead and drive new business assignments. Start
up new suppliers, new materials/components and new technologies. As for
category & free range assignments, lead the supplier evaluation where we
verify and qualify supplier capabilities including product compliance, IWAY,
Quality and Financial due diligence and then hand over new supplier to category
business team after new supplier council and 1st delivery. As for new material
& innovation assignment, evaluate, verify and qualify new product and
material, follow up till sample approval or 1st delivery and then handover to
the categories. Independently leading a project and deliver the
results. It could be a sourcing mapping project, or how to converting a new
material into company products.

NOTE
Around
70% business trip, in difference city and province depends on the project
needs. Equals
senior business developer level, have the potential to be developed in future
BDM(Business develop manager).
