Rules and Responsilbilities:

Inventory Planning/Inventory Control Operations/ Procument & Purchasing

1. Ensure adequate supply of company products to meet business requirements

2. Host S&OP meetings to drive forecast accuracy (collaboration & SKU level), highlight supply risks,inventory obsolete risks

3. Ensure inventory accuracy with proper controls & in compliance of Company Procedures/ Policies.

4. Lead the demand & supply forecast planning in the market and leverage efficient planning and related processes to ensure availability of goods and services as a key competitive advantage and to achieve operational targets.

5. To manage proactively inventory levels, developing improvement plans with the local supply chain team and initiating any actions necessary to address results which are off target.

6. Support the import/export clearance process in liason with Company Trade Compliance

7. Lead& Support project related inventory purchasing such as Raw material or packing, etc. through HL system.

8. Ensure frorm sourcing ingredient till delivery to the members are processed smothly to support business, minimize backorders and take pro-active actions for forecast order issues.
