-       Analysis and preparation of reporting Sales performance to Management Meeting. 

-       Development of products, processes, procedures to enhance competitive advantage. 

-       Development of appropriate documentation and process enabling instructions to ensure relevant divisions in

Financial Services Korea and/or participating brokers are well prepared for the introduction of the product. 

-       Development of Wholesale process, procedures, documents, and time table for the relevant progress with Other Make Dealers 

-       Report suggestions and complaints from brokers and F&I (Finance & Insurance agent) to higher level 

-       Analysis of costs and benefits of strategic finance programs 

-       Experience in the Automotive Financial Services Industry (Minimum 5 years) preferably in product development field.

-     Overall working experience minimum 10years.

-      Graduate in Business Administration or Economics stream. 

-       Strong command of verbal and written English Language and Korean 

-       Excellent time management, organization and follow-up
