KEY SERVICES:
- Maintain
accounting procedures in SAP, that is, the whole process of data flow as
book keeping, voucher archiving and accounts reconciliation for balance
sheet items;
- Ensuring data quality, to identify data
errors or inconsistencies and ensure issues resolved in a timely manner
- Provide
support to financial performance analysis and business development;
- Provide
reliable finance information and analysis to company management;
- Provide
support to improve internal control over accounting ;
- Review and
update Standard cost
- Validate
Material, DL, DOH and FOH at month-end book closing against standard cost,
and analyze all variances such as PPV, Absorption variances and etc.
- Coordinate
Annual Physical Inventory at year-end including system adjustment for
variances
- Review and
report cycle counting during the period
- Lead monthly
standard margin review by PNs, Product group and customers, and cost per
hour analysis
- Lead statutory
audit at year-end for inventory, COGM and COGS
- Keep
compliance with group accounting policy and internal control framework.
- Report special
issues to CFO if any.
- Coaching
subordinates
QUALIFICATION:
- University
degree in finance or accounting related
- At least 5
year experience in manufacturing factory under SAP environment.
- Good
analytical mind, detail oriented and result oriented
- Proficiency in
oral, reading and written English
- Very Strong
skill and logic of Excel
- Strong sense
of responsibility and communication skill
- Age is to be
under 40
