Our client is one of the Korea's largest and most respected
consumer goods producing companies and they are looking for a CEO who will lead
their overall operation of approximately 2 billion US dollars with 1,000
employees including overseas subsidiaries in USA, Japan and China. The CEO
will serve as Representative Director of corporate operations. The ideal
candidate for this position has previous corporate management experience in the
top management position with a proven track record for effective team
management and performance-driven leadership.
The total compensation package including performance incentive will be approximately US$ 300,000 to 500,000 depending on the experience and qualification. For the successful candidate who will be relocated to Seoul, the expatriate package including housing accommodation will be provided additionally.
- Develop a long range course of
action or set of goals to ensure successful realization of the organization's
vision. - Ensure the developmet of clear
goals that align a unit's efforts with the organization's vision and strategic
plan for sustained revenue growth. - Build strategic alliances both
inside and outside the organization to create business opportunities and
ute business strategies. - Build a competitive superior
organization through attracting, developing, and retaining talent to ensure
that people with the right skills and motivations are in the right place at the
right time to meet business needs. - Develop an organization culture
that leads to ongoing excellence and effective growth of the business while
maintaining the highest integrity and promote an environment where employees
are engaged and perform at a high level. - Be responsible for planning of
future growth by assessing existing and future market needs, establishing
priorities and identifying fiscal and human resource needs for future
development. - Collaborate with fiscal affairs
and finance departments in the development and preparation of annual budget,
revenues, operating expenses and capital expenditures. - Implement and comply with
fiscal policies and reporting procedures in accordance with the company's
guidelines.
[Qualification Required] -Deep knowledge on distribution
system or channels and supply chains of FMCG industry in Korea. -Must know a current global
trend of FMCG industry to have updated information on consumer behaviour
and industry technology innovation for new product development and
upgrade to keep competitive edge over rivals. -Implement product development
process innovation to establish a solid leadership position in the global
market. -Establish the collaboration
networking and eco-system with domestic and overseas partners to proactively
grasp the right investment opportunities. -Has excellent negotiation
skills with major business entities and overseas institutes and contractors. -More than 20 years of
experience in FMCG industry including 10 years of Senior Management Position
(Experience in food industry is a great advantage). -Bachelor's Degree required, MBA
degree from the reputed university is preferred. -Fluent in English and Korean
