• Manage collection team and overall collection process and maintain delinquency and loss rate at targeted levels
• Develop recovery process and strategy
•  Attend to legal affairs related to Collection activities
• Monitor / review litigation activities
• Drive high productivity of collectors
• Collection reporting
• Enhance collection process and system
•  Update/ review of Collections guidelines and policies
•  Manage customer complaint

Qualification

•  +10years experience in relative field
• Bachelor of Law or equivalent preferred
• Comprehensive understanding in Collection process
• Preferred experience with financial company in legal / collection department

• Business English
