Position : Finance Manager
Job Requirements :
- Report to CFO
- Responsible for handling and managing all accounting and finance transactions
- Financial reporting with analysis
- Financial controls and compliance in place
- Yearly budgeting process
- Liaise with head office and regional office as required
- Fixed Assets Management
- Reconcile Intercompany Transactions
- Handling of data for sales, inventory & import costs
- Supervision of banking & treasury
- In charge of external & internal financial audit and tax audit
- Tax filing for VAT, Co-work with Accounting firm for withholding tax and corporate tax
- Lead ad-hoc project
Qualifications :
- BA in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration
- Over 10 years’ experience in Finance & General accounting
- Over 3 years' experience in MLM (Direct/Network Marketing) industry
- People management (Managing 3 Accountants)
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Proactive and independent
- Flexible and enthusiastic
- Strong interpersonal & communication skill
