Job Descriptions

1. Training for Sales Agents

­   Plan monthly basic product training subject (cosmetic, homecare and nutrition)

­   Make product training materials

­   Conduct product training for SAs at 5 local business centers monthly

­   Implement specific training to accelerate growth in SAs based on their needs and circumstances

­   Supply information of our product from counter and report it

­   Submit training reports and feedback to training manager and follow up in a timely manner

2. Field Support

­   Provide timely and accurate feedback to SAs about products by developing response guideline

­   Motivate SAs with the ability to listen attentively

­   Partake in regular SA seminars and consult related to product as needed

3. Others

­   Support & cooperate with Sales & Event Team functions to achieve sales goal

­   Attend brain storming for training module

­   Support at company’s official events

Key competencies for the position

­   College or university graduated

­   Minimum 3 years’ experience in training function, with at least 2 years as a field  

training at Direct Marketing industry

­   Facilitation skills with solid training delivery experience, preferably related to

cosmetic product

­   Proficient MS Office applications, e.g. Powerpoint, Excel and Words

­   Excellent presentation skills

­   Understanding of sales or service, preferably gained from Direct Marketing industry sector

­   Willing to travel

­   Communication skills base on customer-oriented

­   Customized Training to Direct Selling Market

Preferred and skills required

­   ‘’Can do’’ attitude and flexibility

­   Ability to harmony with internal and external people

­   Experience in training of nutrition and homecare products
