5) CS 부서 관리(Order entry before invoicing mgt) 및 업무개선 및 효율화 보완 및 발전
6) 물류팀 ( 본사 외국공장서 수입관리 및 진행, 국내 제품, 상품의 로컬 배송시스템 운영 및 효율화에 따른 개선 및 관리)

* 거래처오더-> 제작-> 배송의 One flow를 이해하고 업무의 효율화/최적화의 시스템 구축및 관리 및 유지가 가능한 분
* Logistic /SCM 경력만 있다면 공장 생산관리 등 전체 FLOW를 총괄경험이 없다면 지원이 불가능합니다. (EX.CS Manager지원 불가합니다)
* 어느 한쪽의 경험만 있을경우 지원이 불가능합니다 (CS team manager 만 경험시 지원불가능)

[자격요건]
- 제조업체 생산운영관리/CS/Logistic경험 보유하여 총 10년 이상 (차부장급이므로 그 이하 경력자는 지원불가합니다)
- 4년제 대학교 졸업자 ( 전공보다는 동종업계 혹은 유사업계 경력을 선호함)
- SAP 사용(필수) 유사한 ERP사용자 우대
- 영어 사용(필수) 본사미팅, 각종 트레이닝 (Equivalent to Head of team in Korea office)
- 리더쉽과 다양한 부서와의 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 피플매니지먼트 능력
- Multi, cross -functional working capacity
- Interpersonal and collaborating skill with other team within short term period



[우대사항]
- 산업공학과/ 생산관리/ SCM 등 상기 업무에 대한 전반적인 경험자 우대
- 유사업종 근무자 (보청기 관련 업종우대)
- 의료기기 제작한 외자사 경험 우대

Technical/Professional Knowledge & Experience
- Relevant qualification essential with +10 years (Medical device/ Hearing aids industry welcomed) experience
- Lab(=Manufacturing), CS (Order entries and related all kind of management) and logistic Management
- People management training & experience
- Knowledge of business, business systems & business dynamics
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
- Ability to provide technical advice, guidance, and support to professional staff in area of specialty
- Ability to provide technical guidance, leadership, and instruction and lower level professional staff within area of expertise
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
- Knowledge of current state-of-the-art hearing aids and assistive listening technologies, and their integration into clinical practice
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- An understanding of all funding streams for hearing instruments and associated products.
- A reasonable level of competence in the use of Outlook, Microsoft Office and the compilation and analysis of information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with various layers and HQ in Swiss/Apac region
- Fluent English skills as team manager of head of team
