As a Country Purchase Manager you help the company stores and offices in Korea with procurement of indirect material and services. You will be responsible for the purchase projects from the very start to the final negotiations and you are the one to secure best buy for company in Korea.

As a manager for a procurement team, you lead by being a good example, you enjoy coaching and developing your co-workers. You also monitor and follow up on goals and measurements according to business plan.

One of your tasks is to create a purchase and supply strategy for the assigned spend responsibility. You will also create a business plan that supports the overall company Procurement Strategy.

It is your responsibility to be in the driving seat related to procurement but also actively improve and develop the company business in Korea. A very important part of the role is to build a close and business oriented relationship with stakeholders and users, to create involvement and optimization of results. Together with the stakeholders you will also work to ensure compliance and secure standards such as IWAY and anti-corruption.

You have several years of experience in operative, strategic procurement. As a person you are driven, with a strong business mind-set and openness to change management. To look for new possibilities and improving our way of working comes natural to you. You are a good leader with both cooperation and communication skills. You work in a global environment and we assume you are fluent in English, both written and verbal and you have the ability to travel.

The position is full time, starting as soon as possible.
