Responsibility

l  Project planning and scheduling according to customer milestones and internal development procedure

l  Leading the project teams for the flawless launch of production

l  Understanding, clarifying and translating customer requirements into technical solutions

l  Close communication with customers and internal global teams to resolve the project issues

l  Risk management with action plan according to the severity of the issues

l  Control of budget and profitability during project schedule

l  Reporting to management project development status and risks

Requirements

l  Bachelor degree or above with the major on engineering (Automotive, mechanical or material engineering preferred)

l  7 years working experience in automotive engineering (experience more than 10 years preferred)

l  Basic knowledge about general automotive technology

l  Good English communication skills: verbal and written (Fluent preferred)

l  Technical experience in the product of rubber and plastic (preferred)

l  Project manager or development team leader experience (preferred)
